Escalation & De-escalation of Conflict Model
Conflict Transformation
Build a seminar to fit your unique interests
At each stage of leadership responsibility, there is an increased need to become an skilled problem solver.

Conflict training is most effective before the conflict happens and escalates to harmful and destructive levels.

Each topic is based on research and takes a positive and proactive approach to conflict.

When seminars are presented in a faith-based environment, biblical concepts are merged with the research to support Spiritual Peacebuilding.

Spiritual Peacebuilding is a term devised to describe a biblical approach to "make every effort to do what leads to peace and mutual edification." (Rom. 14:19 NIV)

Seminar trainings are designed to be flexible to meet your specific needs and interests. Although the seminars are designed in one, two, or three hour segments, each individual workshop can be adapted to fit into your criteria and request.
Recognize the intensity of conflict and what response will gain a desired outcome. This model will change your understanding of conflict and how you respond to difficult situations.
This training is designed to diagnose conflict in a simple and effective manner. Once a diagnosis is determined then a plan can be devised to give direction about how to resolve or manage the conflict.
Anger: Sources and Root Causes
Anger is a common and complex emotion often associated with conflict. This workshop identifies three primary root causes that feed the emotion of anger. Anger is defined as a positive emotion when used appropriately.
Confront with Confidence
Church Community Types
Many choose to avoid conflict due to a lack of confidence based on past experience. This practical training offers a step-by-step process to create a safe and effective approach to confronting conflict.
Small churches function more like a family than a business. Lifted from research on family types, this seminar uses a 48 question survey where leaders self-describe their Church Community Type.
