Peace-Full Solutions (PFS) was founded in 2010 to be a provider of mediation services and to train leaders in conflict management concepts and strategies.
PFS views conflict as a pivotal opportunity to create beneficial change and strengthen relationships. Conflict is commonly known for it's emotional and destructive characteristics. We recognize unresolved conflict can escalate to serious and long lasting consequences. A confident and timely response will increase the potential for a satisfactory outcome and lessen the impact of inherent harm.
PFS training materials are based on conflict theory and concepts. By proactively identifying the systematic structure of a conflict, disputes can be rationally observed and strategically addressed. PFS seeks to diagnose the root causes of a dispute and compassionately promote a healthy resolve.
In religious and church settings, biblical concepts are merged with the conflict theory to promote Spiritual Peacebuilding.
"If only there was someone to mediate between us,
someone to bring us together." (Job 9:33 NIV)
